The CSC yellow and gray jackets did a great job. Those that I witnessed were fabulous with people. Granted some of them know me, but a lot of them don’t, so I was able to observe interactions and everyone was very polite. Even those in yellow shirts that had to re-direct folks to where they could park outside were doing so very nicely and the folks I saw having to turn around to go park somewhere else responded in the same polite manner and no one got annoyed. I think one of the key things is that the yellow jackets were directing folks to exactly where they needed to go and seemed confident in how they were directing them and how to get there, so even though they couldn’t park right where they wanted, they appreciated being guided appropriately and in a polite manner.
